Enviromental Thinking
Marbäck Tricot has a natural desire to contribute towards a more environmentally friendly production. Our environmental target is to increase the amount of ecologic materials in our products. Marbäck Tricot produces today garments that comply with the following criteria:
Oeko Tex standard 100 – An international guarantor that prohibits the presence of harmful substances in finished products at the time of sale. Materials however, are not necessarily ecologically grown.
GOTS – Is an Eco-label which demands quality in every aspect of production. The use of ecologically grown cotton, dyeing and finishing shall be environmentally adapted.
Fair Trade – The Fair Trade certification mark is an independent producer label. By choosing Fair Trade labeled products one increases working and living conditions for farmers and employees in developing countries and through out the productionchain.
